I am a registered patent attorney with an electrical engineering degree located in the West Palm Beach Florida office of Fox Rothschild - a national law firm. I provide guidance to clients regarding protection of their intellectual property and provide legal representation to major defense contractors and leaders in the global communications, document management, consumer goods and network/software solutions markets. I assist clients with invention brainstorming, IP portfolio strategy development, global IP portfolio management, competitive landscape analysis, and patent prosecution, among other things. I regularly handle patent application preparation and prosecution matters related to software, electronic and mechanical innovative ideas or inventions. I also handle patent search studies, infringement studies, patentability or (in)validity studies and freedom-to-operate studies. I have re-examination experience and serve as team members for Inter Partes Reviews and infringement suits.
