Marc Aaron Smith

I joined PLG P.C. as a legal intern in September 2023 after returning from deployment in the Middle East with the Alaska Air National Guard (AKANG). In May 2024, I was inducted into the Alaska Bar. I have proudly served as a member of the AKANG for over 11 years and currently work in the area of logistics. From June 2017 until August 2019, I served as the Clerk of Court and Deputy Magistrate for the Fourth Judicial District in Delta Junction, Alaska. At PLG P.C.’s Delta Junction office, I focus my practice on estate planning, probate, landlord-tenant law, family law, and bankruptcy. As of April 2026, I am looking forward to becoming the 168th Wing Judge Advocate officer stationed at Eielson AFB.
