Steve Sacco

I’m Steve Sacco, a criminal defense attorney based in Onslow County, focusing on complex DWI litigation and traffic ticket defense. I’ve been licensed to practice law for 16 years in North Carolina, New York, and New Jersey. After becoming an attorney, I spent over a decade in state and local law enforcement as a police officer and detective in Jacksonville, NC, a parole officer in Brooklyn, New York assigned to the Special Offender Unit (S.O.U.) I also served as an Onslow County Prosecutor. I earned my A.S. in Business Administration from the State University of New York in 2000, my B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in 2005, and my J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2010. Over the years, I have received numerous law enforcement awards and certifications in both North Carolina and New York.
