As a Cincinnati Ohio personal injury lawyer and mediator, I can see where at a young age my parents instilled in me the need to help others. And my career path has always been about people that needed help. From working as a social worker helping abused and neglected children to working with disabled and emotionally challenged I've always been in the helping profession. Since becoming a personal injury attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio over 30 years ago my passion for helping people continues. Except now, as a car accident injury trial lawyer I have the power to right the wrongs done to my clients by the carelessness of others and the callousness of big insurance. Early in my law career I watched and learned from my mentor that a case had to be prepared and then 99% of the time a good settlement would follow. If not we put on our client's case with passion and fury. As time has gone on the mediation model of dispute resolution has taken hold. I have gone to /Harvard to take their executive mediation course to position myself to help my clients get better mediated settlements. In fact I have started my own mediation service.
