Randal G. Cashiola

Randy has successfully represented clients in a variety of civil matters throughout Texas for over 30 years. In 2006, Randy obtained a $98.8 million verdict for his client in a commercial lawsuit involving tortious interference with contracts and business disparagement. More recently, he worked with a team of lawyers in Texas and Delaware to defeat a wrongful effort to recover over $200 million from his client. Randy has represented hundreds of individuals and small businesses in construction defect cases and fighting insurance companies for wrongful coverage denials. He also helps clients who were the victims of fraud in real estate deals. Randy has successfully helped corporations, insurers, governmental entities, school districts, religious and non-profit organizations in a broad range of matters, including business transactions and litigation.
