Contingent Fees We charge 15% for workers' compensation cases; 25% to one-third for personal injury cases of minors; and one-third to 40% for personal injury cases for adults.
Rates, Retainers and Additional Information We do not charge attorney's fees if we complete the case, and are unable to recover money for our clients, in workers' compensation and personal injury cases.
