Will's practice area includes the greater Nashville area with office in Murfreesboro. Since opening his own law firm, Will has developed his practice focusing on Estate Planning, Probate and Family Law. Setting up estate plans for families is the part of the law that gives the most satisfaction. Will helps families get piece of mind knowing their family is properly planned and provided for via custom drafted estate plans through trusts, wills, and/or other estate documents for families meeting their specific needs and legacy goals. Will also handles Probate of estates making sure that estates are properly closed and administered to beneficiaries. In addition to estate planning and probate, Will has extensive experience in Family Law ranging from divorce to child custody matters and Business matters focusing on contract negotiation, litigation, and preparation and risk management.
