Carroll McCauley

Carroll L. McCauley, Sr., is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law. For over 25 years Mr. McCauley has practiced exclusively in the area of family law. He is a Fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and an AV-rated lawyer by Martindale Hubbel. Mr. McCauley is also recognized as one of Florida Super Lawyers by Florida Super Lawyers®. These qualification reflect the highest ethical and professional standards as determined by peer & judicial review. Mr. McCauley holds a BA degree from Ohio University and a J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law where he was selected for the Florida Law Review. Mr. McCauley and his wife, Cynthia, are parents of 7 children, three of whom are practicing attorneys, having graduated from the University of Florida College of Law and Harvard Law School.
