Carl Taylor III

Carl has practiced divorce and family law throughout New Jersey since 2009. Carl’s prior experience also includes serving as Deputy County Counsel for the County of Somerset, serving as township attorney, serving as counsel to the Somerset County Board of Construction Appeals, serving as counsel to the Somerset County Agriculture Development Board, and serving as municipal prosecutor for a dozen municipalities. Carl is the author of “Happily Even After: the Guide to Divorce in New Jersey,” which is now in its third edition edition, and "Building a Matrimonial Law Practice." Carl has also been published numerous times in the New Jersey Law Journal, has been quoted in the New Jersey Law Journal on the subjection of palimony, and is the former trustee of the Somerset County Bar Association. Carl is a trained family law mediator. Carl has successfully represented clients in New Jersey's superior courts, appellate courts, municipal courts, and District federal Courts. Carl is a graduate of Rutgers Camden School of Law.
