Zachary B. Pyers

I am a Partner at Reminger Co., L.P.A. in our Columbus, Ohio office, and I practice across Ohio and West Virginia. My work is centered around civil litigation, including complex and class action litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, professional liability matters, and cases involving catastrophic loss. Additionally, I work in the area of emerging technologies, and I have written and spoken extensively on how tort law intersects with advancing technologies and evolving business models. I am deeply involved in my community and hold positions on various Boards and in leadership roles within both legal and community organizations. As an Adjunct Professor at Capital University Law School, I teach courses on topics such as Depositions, E-Discovery, Expert Witnesses, Ridesharing and Autonomous Vehicle Litigation, as well as coaching the school's Mock Trial Competition team. I also serve as the co-host of "The Reminger Report Podcast: Emerging Technologies."
