Thomas Lavigne is the Cannabis Counsel / Rivertown Law Firm PLC who does state-wide cannabis regulatory compliance, cannabis licensing, local cannabis zoning and permits, cannabis real estate vetting, cannabis mergers and acquisitions, and cannabis corporate law. Lavigne practiced law in Hawaii (where he took his first cannabis case in 1989), North Carolina and Michigan for over 35-years. A frequent guest on various media and public debates with politicians, and has served as a cannabis regulation expert witness in mediations.
