Ryan Yeary

Ryan Yeary joined the firm of Caminez & Yeary, P.A. in 2016. Mr. Yeary began his legal career working as a trial court staff attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit. In this position he worked closely with members of the judiciary gaining invaluable insight into the judicial process. In 2011, Mr. Yeary joined a Tallahassee law firm where he represented insurance companies in defense of lawsuits brought by those injured in automobile accidents. As a defense lawyer, he gained invaluable insight into the defense of a personal injury claim while gaining experience as a trial attorney. After nearly five years working for insurance companies, Mr. Yeary teamed up with long-time personal injury attorney Jon Caminez to represent the injured against the insurance companies. Mr. Yeary now utilizes his past experiences as an insurance defense lawyer to represent his personal injury clients in cases arising from automobile accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, products liability and medical malpractice. Mr. Yeary grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, where he graduated from Leon High School. He graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Accounting. He then attended Stetson University College of Law where he received his law degree with honors. While at Stetson he also earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Yeary is married to Jessica Yeary, a Tallahassee criminal defense attorney, and they have two young boys.
