Jay Sidhra

Jay Sidhra is an attorney with California Workers’ Compensation Lawyers. His legal practice focuses on workplace injury claims and related issues, such as unsafe working conditions and employer retaliation. As a dedicated advocate on behalf of injured workers from all areas of the labor community for over two decades, Jay makes sure his clients receive all of the benefits owed to them under the law including medical treatment, temporary disability compensation, permanent disability compensation and vocational retraining. Jay is a member of the State Bar of California, the Workers’ Compensation Section of the State Bar of Californian and California Applicants’ Attorneys Association. He also has been a guest lecturer at Los Angeles Trade Technical College in the field of workers’ compensation. Jay earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. In 1999, he graduated from Notre Dame Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree and received the Dean’s Award for his work in Comparative Constitutional Law.
