Chris has handled all types of personal injury claims, including automobile and truck accidents, slip and fall injuries, insurance claims, negligence by professionals, failed medical appliances and dog attacks. While many cases do end in a settlement, Mr. Caldwell has tried personal injury cases before juries in Spokane and Asotin Counties in Washington, and Kootenai, Latah, Nez Perce, and Clearwater Counties in Idaho, in state and federal courts.
