Molly Elise Caesar

Molly E. Caesar is a founding partner of Caesar & Bender, LLP, where she provides compassionate and results-driven representation in all areas of family law. Drawing on her extensive litigation and transactional background, she helps clients navigate complex issues such as divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, and assisted reproduction disputes. Recognized for her excellence and dedication, Molly has received honors from The American Institute of Family Law Attorneys, Super Lawyers, The National Academy of Family Law Attorneys, and Who’s Who in America. She was named Litigator of the Year (2022) by the American Institute of Trial Lawyers. Molly graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and earned multiple CALI Awards for Excellence. She now serves as an Adjunct Professor and member of DePaul’s Family Law Advisory Board.
