About
I am a board-certified Civil Trial Specialist and shareholder at Bye, Goff & Rohde, working exclusively in personal injury law from our River Falls office. Since starting as a clerical assistant in 2012, I have dedicated over a decade to representing injured individuals in automobile collision and premises liability cases across Wisconsin. Throughout my career, I’ve been honored with national and state recognition. In 2023, the Wisconsin Association of Justice named me Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer of the Year, an award given annually to one attorney demonstrating an exceptional commitment to justice and the right to trial by jury. In 2024, I was inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a selective national association of trial lawyers. Then, in 2025, I became a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, an honorary society limited to only 1% of licensed attorneys in the country. My additional recognitions include being listed in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2024–2025), Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2022–present), National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and achieving an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating. I also hold certification in Civil Trial Law from the National Board of Trial Advocacy. My work has led to significant appellate decisions, including Mueller v. Bull's Eye Sport Shop and Slabey v. Dunn County. I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where I served on Law Review and clerked for Chief Judge Edward J. Cleary at the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Giving back to my community in Western Wisconsin is important to me. Since 2018, I’ve coached the River Falls High School Mock Trial program, mentoring future legal professionals while continuing my commitment to helping injured individuals receive justice and fair compensation.
