Peter Smith

Peter Smith is a business lawyer and trusted partner to his corporate clients. He has been solving problems and adding value for business owners for over 30 years. Peter’s practice focuses on corporate law, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, contracts, commercial finance, business disputes, non-profit organizations, real estate, and trusts and estates. He has interned for two federal judges; the Honorable Herbert Hutton in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Honorable Joseph Rodriguez in the United States District Court in Camden, New Jersey.
