Michael P. Brundage Profile Biography Mike has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1986. During the first 31 years as a lawyer, Mike practiced law in large law firms and flourished as a business litigator and creditor’s rights and bankruptcy specialist. Mike was the practice group leader of the bankruptcy and creditors rights practice area of one of the most prestigious law firms in the State of Florida for many years and also led the Bankruptcy Practice group at a large southeast regional law firm located in Tampa. Over the years, Mike’s practice has been concentrated in the areas of business bankruptcy, creditors' rights litigation (including mortgage foreclosures, receiverships, replevins, proceedings supplementary), commercial litigation (including non-compete litigation and partnership/shareholder disputes), real estate, trust matters and business transactions. Since starting Brundage Law, P.A. in April 2017 Mike has continued to concentrate his practice in these same practice areas and is able to provide clients with a sophisticated, experienced and successful approach on a more personal basis at a very reasonable cost. Mike continues to represent financial institutions, private lenders, private and public companies, and other creditors, as well as debtors, trustees, official committees and other commercial litigants in bankruptcy, state and federal courts throughout the State of Florida as well as drafting, negotiating and conducting real estate and business transactions, and drafting and providing advice regarding Wills, Trusts, healthcare surrogacy and guardianships. Mike has enjoyed an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell for 20-plus years, has been selected by the Best Lawyers in America in Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor law and named a Super Lawyer for Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor law for over a decade.
