Charles Scrimalli

I graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. I provide guidance to founders and early-stage technology companies on a range of transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. I often assist clients with corporate formation, employee equity, executive agreements, equity compensation, commercial contracts, and disputes. I also frequently act as counsel for asset managers, virtual currency issuers, DAOs, and other organizations working within the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
