Nathanael Buczek is a criminal defense and family law attorney practicing in Northern Virginia. Mr. Buczek worked – with a third-year practice certificate – as a Prosecutor for the City of Toledo in Ohio and for Stafford County, VA while earning his law degree. Upon graduating, he began working as private counsel, handling cases involving criminal defense and family law. He also serves as a Guardian Ad Litem, protecting the interests of children during legal proceedings. Throughout his time in private practice he has handled a wide variety of criminal matters, including defending those accused of traffic offenses, DUI, assault and battery, felony drug crimes, unlawful wounding and more.
