Jason Berkowitz

Jason D. Berkowitz is a Founding Partner of BT Law Group. He brings extensive experience in complex employment law matters to his practice, having represented public and private sector clients in federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration. His practice includes matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and Florida state tort and common law issues. Jason’s experience has earned him significant recognition, including being listed in Best Lawyers in America and named a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers for multiple years. He has also been included on the Super Lawyers list of the top 5% of attorneys in Florida for several consecutive years. Further demonstrating his commitment to the profession, Jason was appointed to the Florida Bar’s Eleventh Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee.
