Robert Hobkirk

I’m a partner at the law office of Brown & Hobkirk, PLLC, where I represent clients in matters involving trusts and estates, wills, probate law, and estate litigation, among other areas. Throughout my legal career, I have dedicated myself to estate planning issues. I take a conversational and educational approach to help clients feel at ease with the legal process and to help them understand the various estate documents and how they function. I grew up in New York and earned my undergraduate degree in 2001 from Siena College in Loudonville, NY. In 2004, I received my Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, NY. I’m licensed to practice law in Arizona, New York, and Connecticut. My practice includes trusts and estates, estate planning, probate, estate litigation, will/trust contests, and business law. I’m a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Trusts and Estates section. I’ve also participated in Mediation Programs. In addition to my legal work, I’ve served on various nonprofit organizations and am actively involved with several Chambers of Commerce. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family. My hobbies include mountain biking, golfing, hiking, traveling, and doing anything my daughter loves, which often means getting creative with crafting.
