About
I am a partner at the law office of Brown & Hobkirk, PLLC, where I focus on representing clients in serious personal injury claims and wrongful death cases. I also assist clients with estate planning, estate administration, divorce, family law, and other related legal matters. With over 20 years of legal experience, I aim to help my clients feel comfortable during every stage of their case. Whether someone has been injured in a car accident or is navigating the probate process after losing a loved one, I guide them through what to expect so they can move forward with confidence. I graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in 1993 with a degree in finance, and I earned my law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 1998. During law school, I served as a Staff Writer and Associate Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal from 1996 to 1998. In 1997, I also taught first-year law students in the course Introduction to Legal Method and Writing. I am licensed to practice law in Arizona and am a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. I co-authored “The Use of OSHA Regulations in Negligence Cases,” published in *Arizona Attorney Magazine* in July 2000. Additionally, I served on Arizona State University’s Alumni Association Advocacy Steering Committee from 2004 to 2010. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and staying active in my community. I coached in the Cactus Foothills Little League for many years and held various positions on its Board of Directors for nearly a decade. I’ve also coached several flag football teams and served as a basketball coach at the Boys and Girls Club for years. When I’m not coaching, I enjoy playing golf and traveling.
