Arinda Rae Brooks

Arinda Brooks is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brooks Law and a Massachusetts attorney with a background in workers’ compensation law. She founded the firm in 2013 with the mission of expanding access to high-quality legal representation for injured workers, immigrants, and underserved communities throughout Massachusetts. Arinda earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University. Early in her career, she practiced as a workers’ compensation attorney in Boston, representing employees navigating the Massachusetts workers’ compensation system after workplace injuries and helping clients secure medical and wage replacement benefits. As CEO of Brooks Law, Arinda leads the firm’s strategy, growth, and commitment to client-centered legal services. Under her leadership, the firm has expanded to represent clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury, and immigration matters, serving diverse communities across Massachusetts, including Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking populations. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.
