Connor James Gilbert

I’m a Partner at Brooks Law and lead the firm’s Personal Injury Department, where I work with individuals and families on personal injury and medical malpractice cases throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. My focus is on helping clients seek compensation for serious injuries resulting from negligence. Over the past few years, I’ve secured more than $10 million in recoveries for clients, including a $5 million medical malpractice settlement, a $1 million medical malpractice settlement, and a $912,500 recovery for a motor vehicle accident. I prioritize trial readiness by thoroughly preparing each case to achieve the best possible outcome, whether through settlement or verdict. Before joining Brooks Law, I handled personal injury cases at one of the largest injury firms in the country. Earlier in my career, I served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, where I prosecuted felony cases and brought multiple matters to trial. I am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, and Kentucky.
