I am a Partner at Brooks Law and lead the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department. My work focuses on representing injured workers within the Massachusetts workers’ compensation system. I assist clients in securing medical benefits, wage replacement benefits, and legal protections following workplace injuries. Originally from Brazil, I immigrated to the United States and joined Brooks Law in 2015. Early in my career, I worked closely with immigrant clients, which inspired me to dedicate my legal career to advocating for underserved communities. I earned my Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law and am licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut. In 2023, I returned to Brooks Law as an attorney and was named Partner. I now oversee the firm’s workers’ compensation practice, managing litigation strategies, case handling, and a team focused on workplace injury claims. Fluent in both Portuguese and English, I am dedicated to helping workers understand their legal rights after suffering workplace injuries.
