Matthew Brock St Amant

I serve as the Managing Partner at Brock & Stout Attorneys at Law, where I am dedicated to guiding the firm’s strategic growth while upholding our mission to always put clients first. I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and bring a combination of business, technology, and legal experience to my role. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Florida State University in 2008, followed by an MBA from Florida State University in 2010. Before joining the firm, I spent over a decade working in software development, which gave me a strong foundation in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and streamlining operations. In 2010, I joined Brock & Stout as Manager of Business Operations. In that role, I focused on modernizing systems, improving efficiency, and helping the firm expand. Motivated by a desire to contribute even more to our clients and the firm, I pursued a law degree at Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law. I graduated summa cum laude, finishing second in my class, and earned my Juris Doctor. I currently oversee the firm’s operations while working to ensure that Brock & Stout remains compassionate, service-driven, and committed to advocating for our clients. My background in technology, business, and law allows me to approach legal challenges with a balanced perspective centered on achieving meaningful results and fostering long-term success for those we serve.
