Before establishing Brigano Law, Anthony practiced at Kirker | Davis LLP, a distinguished Austin firm known for handling high-asset divorces and family law disputes. While there, he represented clients in cases involving property division, child custody, protective orders, and temporary restraining orders. He also authored a successful mandamus that resulted in a published opinion from the Tenth Court of Appeals addressing venue changes in a contentious custody matter. In addition, he drafted detailed premarital agreements for clients with significant assets and sophisticated financial portfolios. These experiences strengthened his ability to balance nuanced legal analysis with practical, results-oriented advocacy. Prior to joining Kirker | Davis, Anthony operated his own boutique law firm in New York, where he personally managed a broad caseload involving custody and divorce litigation, felony-level criminal defense, and appellate practice.
