Jamison R McCune

Jamison McCune represents individuals and families in personal injury cases throughout Oregon and Washington, with a focus on helping clients navigate the legal process after serious injuries. He brings a unique perspective to his work, having spent the first nine years of his career defending insurance companies at a respected regional firm, where he became a partner. In 2022, Jamison shifted his practice to exclusively represent injured individuals and their families. His background in insurance defense gives him insight into how claims are evaluated, negotiated, and contested, allowing him to advocate more effectively for the people he serves. Jamison works closely with clients from the outset, helping them access appropriate medical care and understand their legal options. He knows that personal injury claims can feel overwhelming, especially when clients are dealing with physical recovery and financial uncertainty. He prioritizes clear, consistent communication so clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their case. His experience includes representing clients in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability claims, and dog bite injuries across Oregon and Washington. Before joining Bridge City Law, Jamison managed the Oregon office of a multi-state personal injury firm, where he handled a wide range of injury cases and guided clients through both settlement negotiations and litigation. A lifelong Oregonian, Jamison was born and raised in Portland. He earned both his undergraduate degree and his law degree from the University of Oregon and began his legal career clerking for a judge in Eugene. Jamison is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, the Western District of Washington, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and the Washington State Association for Justice.
