He is a member of the exclusive “Million Dollar Jury Verdict” club and has recovered millions in verdicts and settlements for his clients. Brian is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky and graduate of Covington Catholic High School in Park Hills, KY. He graduated with honors from Eastern Kentucky University and was in the top of his class at Chase Law School at NKU before opening his solo practice in Newport in 1994. While at EKU, Brian was an award winning member of the EKU Debate Team and while at NKU, Brian was an award winning member of the Chase Law Moot Court Team. Brian is on the board for the Kenton County Parks and Recreation Commission and founding director of the Northern Kentucky Film Commission. He is a lifelong Northern Kentucky resident and resides in Park Hills, KY. Brian is an avid golfer, award winning musician, and often gives of his time to various local charitable organizations such as Steinford Toy Foundation and the Parish Kitchen.
