Mr. Di Stefano has handled well over a thousand Municipal Court/Traffic and Criminal cases with a strong concentration in DWI/DUI violations and Criminal Defense. In addition to Municipal Court violations, Mr. Di Stefano has extensive experience in defending clients on indictable offenses in the Superior Court system. He has successfully argued civil and criminal appeals before the Appellate Division as well as the Supreme Court of New Jersey. In addition to criminal defense work his firm also handles Workers' Compensation claims, Personal Injury matters, business/civil litigation claims, and residential real estate transactions.
