Sarah Mansfield

Sarah Mansfield is a Nashville-based attorney whose practice is focused on family law, with additional experience in civil rights. She is known for her hands-on, client-centered approach and her ability to guide individuals through some of the most personal and high-stakes legal matters they will face. Sarah represents clients in a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting plans, child support, and adoption. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Sarah graduated summa cum laude from Westminster College with a degree in Environmental Studies and Civic Engagement before earning her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville. During law school, she clerked for the Honorable Judge Doyle at the Georgia Court of Appeals, where she conducted extensive legal research on pending appeals, including civil rights matters. She also participated in the University of Montana School of Law’s Indian Law program, focusing on criminal justice issues affecting Native American communities. Sarah began her legal career with Brazil Clark, PLLC as a law clerk and, upon admission to the bar, joined the firm as an attorney. Her background in civil rights and criminal defense informs her family law practice, particularly in high-conflict and complex cases where advocacy, attention to detail, and strategic thinking are critical.
