Charles Lynch

Mr. Lynch has the unique experience of having acted as both a PIP arbitrator (DRP) and practitioner giving him a comprehensive understanding of the New Jersey Personal Injury Protection practice. Charles started his legal career as a Deputy Attorney General under New Jersey Attorney General W. Carey Edwards. From there, he moved into private practice where he has successfully litigated hundreds of cases through the years and obtained millions of dollars of reimbursement for his medical practitioner clients.
