Paul Bradford

Danny Bradford is the founder of Bradford Law Offices in Raleigh, North Carolina. Born in Marion, NC, he earned his B.A. with Distinction in History from UNC Asheville in 1991 and graduated with Honors from UNC Chapel Hill School of Law in 1996. Danny established his law practice in 1996 and soon focused on bankruptcy and construction law, primarily representing businesses and business owners in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He has guided more than 4,000 debtors through the bankruptcy process, emphasizing genuine financial relief for those facing complex financial problems. Danny has also handled a wide range of construction lawsuits and arbitrations, from small disputes to multimillion-dollar claims, involving residential, commercial, and government projects.
