Charles Xavier Gormally

Charles X. Gormally is a Member of the Firm's Executive Committee, the Founding Chair of the Litigation Practice Group, the Co-Chair of the Cannabis Practice Group and a Member of Employment Services Practice Group. The New Jersey Supreme Court has acknowledged his commitment as a trial attorney by designating him as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney for more than thirty years. Mr. Gormally has developed a proficiency in counseling clients with complex business matters, confidential corporate compliance investigations, challenges to governmental regulation, contract disputes and tort actions. Mr. Gormally has successfully tried jury and bench trial cases in the federal and state courts, as well as arbitration matters before American Arbitration Association tribunals.
