Allen Jeffrey Popowitz

I have been working in the Real Estate and mortgage lending field for the past 27 years representing commercial property owners and lenders. I have worked on a wide range of deals involving multi-family apartment buildings/complexes, retail, office and industrial buildings and large portfolio deals. My lending work has been primarily representing mortgage-based lenders, but I have also represented a number of mezzanine lenders and asset-based lenders as well.
