Amy Marie Van Fossen

Amy M. Van Fossen is Counsel in Brach Eichler’s Tax and Estate Planning & Administration groups. Amy has considerable experience in sophisticated estate planning and administration. She assists clients in developing effective estate planning strategies to minimize transfer taxes, and is well-versed in employing the full range of estate planning tools, such as wills, revocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, and other vehicles to protect high net worth individuals and multi-generational wealth. Amy also counsels private foundation clients, assisting with tax compliance, operational requirements, and other specific charitable entity concerns. Amy completed her LL.M. in Tax Law at the Villanova University School of Law Graduate Tax Program in 2008. She received her J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2007. She received her bachelor’s degree from Drury University in 2004.
