Jay Hodapp

I serve as Of Counsel to Brabant & Huynh, LLP, contributing over 40 years of legal experience to the firm’s Massachusetts practice. As a trial attorney, my career has been focused on criminal defense and tort litigation, representing clients at every stage of the legal process—from initial arraignment through trial, sentencing, and appeal. I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston College and my law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Over the course of four decades, I have gained extensive knowledge of Massachusetts criminal procedure and the civil courts, building a reputation as a determined advocate for individuals facing significant legal challenges. In my role as Of Counsel, I collaborate closely with founding partners Joshua D. Brabant and Mai Huynh, enhancing the firm’s capabilities in criminal defense and litigation. My work reflects Brabant & Huynh’s dedication to delivering thorough and experienced legal representation throughout the Commonwealth.
