Patrick Lorman

Patrick Lorman concentrates litigation concerning business disputes, construction defects, employment, professional licensing and liability. Pat has represented clients in civil litigation throughout New Hampshire from pre-suit matters, through discovery, motion practice, dispositive motions, mediation, trial, and appeal. Pat also has extensive experience handling matters before state and federal administrative agencies including both the NH and US Department of Labor, and the NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC), having successfully represented architects, electricians, pharmacists and nurses. Previously, Pat worked in insurance managing litigation of long-tail complex environmental claims. Prior to that, he was General Counsel at a tech-startup where he handled a myriad of legal issues such as corporate formation, risk management, licensing, employment, and raising capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Lorman managed a general practice law firm, working on all manner of cases throughout New Hampshire.
