Tamorra A Boyd

Tamorra A. Boyd, MBA is the Managing Attorney of Boyd Legal Counsel, LLC (BLC). Tamorra’s goal is to provide entrepreneurs and businesses located in Metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia and state wide assistance in formation, growth and maintenance of their businesses. No stranger to the inner workings of successful businesses, Tamorra studied top businesses in technology, healthcare, consumer goods and services as a student at the illustrious Florida A&M University School of Business and Industry. After completing her MBA coursework, she spent nearly a year at a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company as a product manager. She moved on to an international medical device company where she worked alongside various business groups for over nearly 4 years. Tamorra attended Mercer University School of Law, where she was the first student to intern for the Georgia Department of Corrections, the Federal Trade Commission and the Office of the Trustee within the US Department of Justice. She was also an avid member of the Black Law Students Association at the local and regional level, serving as Vice President of the Mercer Law chapter and the Southern Region Director of Alumni Affairs. Tamorra later served as the Southern Region Vice Chair. Tamorra is very active with the state and local bars. She also is an active member of several community service groups. She currently lives in Marietta with her husband Lamar, who works in Data Analytics, and enjoys live music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
