Bruce M. Bounds

After working with a mid-sized law firm and a bank’s legal department in Philadelphia Bruce moved to Miami and worked with mid-sized and large firms in Miami and has returned to boutique or small firm practice. His practice focus is business, commercial, banking and lending, real estate, estate planning and probate. Active in business and community affairs, Bruce has served as a Deacon and as vice chairman and chairman of the Board of Deacons and as a trustee and chairman of the board of trustees of Plymouth Congregational Church, director and president of the Coral Gables Bar Association, Vice-Chairman for Government and Legislative Affairs in the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and has served on a Florida Bar committee.
