Kathryn (Katy) Boortz

Katy Boortz is a dedicated juvenile defense attorney serving families across the Texas Hill Country, including Comal, Kendall, Bexar, and surrounding counties. With more than 20 years of courtroom experience in criminal and juvenile law, she provides steady, knowledgeable representation to youth facing allegations in juvenile court and school-related proceedings. At Boortz Law Texas, Katy focuses exclusively on defending children ages 10–16 in the juvenile system.
