Alexander Domanskis

Al Domanskis' legal career began in 1977 as a law clerk for the Honorable Edwin A. Robson of the United States Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Since that time, he has represented hundreds of businesses including partnerships, corporations, LLC's and individuals in business transactions. These include: acquisition and sales, financing, business planning and litigation if necessary. Al also has extensive experience in real estate transactions and real estate financing, leasing and zoning. The firm also has a large estate planning practice.
