For the past 30 years I have represented Hospitals, Physicians, Nurses and Clinics including several large national for-profit hospital systems as well as local non-profit hospitals and teaching hospitals and their insurance companies in defending claims for catastrophic injuries and death caused by medical negligence. I continue to represent many health care providers with regard to malpractice claims and death claims however I now dedicate a significant amount of my time to representing victims who are injured due to someone else's negligence.
