William J. Wieland – Business, Real Estate & Litigation Attorney Serving Orlando & Melbourne William J. A former managing partner and Florida Supreme Court–certified mediator, Bill blends strategic advocacy with clear, empathetic communication to resolve challenging legal problems efficiently and effectively. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law (1984) after completing a pre-med degree at Wake Forest University and is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
