Joseph C. Shoemaker

Joseph C. Shoemaker is a seasoned trial lawyer and U.S. Marine Corps veteran who represents individuals and businesses in complex litigation, employment and discrimination claims, aviation disputes, contract conflicts, real-estate controversies, and civil-rights actions. Since earning his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000, Joe has tried and resolved cases in state court and every federal district court in Florida, drawing on earlier experience clerking for Judge Martha Lott and serving as an avionics technician on Harrier aircraft during Operation Desert Storm.
