My responsibilities also include scrutinizing and negotiating commercial leases, marketing agreements, vendor agreements, technology and software licensing (including SaaS agreements), employment contracts, termination agreements, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, adherence to building codes (including ADA compliance), facilitating mergers and acquisitions, and overseeing licensing agreements. I work closely with company directors, officers, managers, and executive personnel to conduct routine assessments of company-related concerns. My goal is to develop and instill practices that ensure seamless operations. My approach is characterized by meticulous identification and examination of legal issues and the crafting of essential documents required for company operations. I provide clear, actionable recommendations to ensure stringent legal compliance.
