My academic background includes an LL.M. from UC Hastings College of the Law, a Master’s degree from Moscow State Law Academy, and a Ph.D. in International Law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Fluent in Russian and Mandarin, I work closely with a diverse, international clientele to provide them with confidence and clarity throughout the process. I approach every case with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that petitions present a full and compelling story to USCIS, minimizing the risk of unnecessary RFEs. I previously served on the Education Committee for the Young Lawyers Division of the Orange County Bar Association, and I now serve as Vice Chair of the Young Lawyers Division Education Committee for the American Bar Association. Additionally, I have been honored to judge the prestigious Jessup International Law Moot Court since 2014.
