Danielle S. Ward

Danielle Ward has over ten years of experience litigating complex matters in a variety of industries including real estate, contract, construction, and premises liability. Her construction and contract work has spanned a variety of residential and commercial projects, and includes nationally and internationally known developers and contractors, subcontractors, and property owners throughout California. Danielle also handles a broad spectrum of advice and litigation work on behalf of corporate and real estate transaction-based clients. She combines pragmatism and dedication to deliver sound strategic advice and counsel to her clients and, if litigation is necessary, delivers high-value representation in court. Danielle enjoys legal writing, and has published several legal journal articles on topics such as contract protections during the pandemic, foreclosure process, tenants’ rights and landlord responsibilities, and various insurance coverage issues. Danielle is a native to North County San Diego. She lives in La Costa with her husband, two daughters, and a puppy named Scout. In her free time, Danielle enjoys cooking, reading, indoor cycling, traveling, and enjoying the California sunshine.
