Lizeth Marin

Lizeth Marin is an Associate Attorney at Blackstone Law, where she focuses her practice on representing employees in wage-and-hour class actions and under the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Ms. Marin brings a uniquely balanced perspective to her advocacy, having previously represented both employees and employers. She has practiced at a respected plaintiff-side employment firm practicing complex litigation, as well as a national Am Law 100 defense firm, practicing single plaintiff employment defense litigation. Her experience provides her with a well-balanced approach to advocating for her clients. Ms. Marin earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark Law School and is admitted to practice in California and Oregon. Outside of her legal work, Ms. Marin enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family and her English Springer Spaniel.
